Delivery times
Our current Estimated Delivery Times for the UK (with the exception of Ireland) are 2 to 3 working days from receipt of your order. Estimated Delivery Times for Ireland are 4 to 6 working days. For International orders our Estimated Delivery Times are 7-10 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 orders generally arrive within 1-2 working days of order (dependent on a cleared payment and product availability).
Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders generally arrive within 2-3 working days of order.
FedEx Next Working Day orders generally arrive within 1-2 working days of order.

Dogs and Birds material is shipped worldwide by Faber Music Distribution. All material is shipped tracked by either UPS or Fed-Ex. Shipping times for these services are just a few days. Please email us at info@dogsandbirds.co.uk if you wish us to send you the tracking number for your order.
Rates are determined by weight. Dogs and Birds subsidize all overseas carriage costs, however as a result of various factors, including both Brexit and the COVID-19 pandemic, these costs are now higher than they have been in the past. The costs for the first kilogram are relatively high, however the cost for each subsequent kilogram is much lower. We recommend therefore that customers from overseas purchase in bulk wherever possible, for example teachers might order material for their students, to reduce carriage costs.
We have now made all our Dogs and Birds print material available as ebooks, hosted by the Dogs and Birds Piano School. They are available for purchase here and form a cost-effective way for those abroad to access our material instantly.
